*We here at NGO STUDIOS LLC do not ship during the weekends, or during holidays. All shipping will resume the Monday after a holiday or weekend.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a no refund, return and/or exchange policy unless you have received a defective item and/or the wrong item.
To be eligible for a refund, return and/or exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund, return and/or exchange or have any questions you can contact us at email@example.com. If your refund, return and/or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
SHIPPING CARRIER DELAYS/LOST/STOLEN
Please keep in mind that we rely on the same tracking provided to a customer once a package leaves our facility. If you have a concern regarding your delivery and your tracking link shows your package is in-transit, please contact the shipping carrier for further detail.
In the unfortunate event that your tracking information states your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Please note: We are not required to replace your missing merchandise. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS, transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping service is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Additional duties may apply to your package once it has entered your country. NGO STUDIOS LLC is not responsible for these additional fees. Customs law differs from country to country, so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, all of these claims must be made with the shipping carrier.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Sales tax is charged to those orders shipped within the State of Michigan. Sales tax is not charged to orders outside of Michigan.
